Gas Bottle Cabinet

The whole cabinet is made of high-quality 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate with enhanced design and electrostatic spraying. The cabinet body is strong and durable. The cabinet door is divided into single-opening and double-opening. You can choose an integrated all-steel door or a combination of all-steel and tempered explosion-proof glass windows. After enhanced design, it is made by electrostatic spraying. Both the inside and outside of the cabinet have been electrostatically sprayed to maximize resistance to chemical corrosion, corrosion, and rust. The entire cabinet is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper space is 100 mm in height to facilitate the connection of ventilation systems, alarm systems and circuits; the lower part is storage space; it is equipped with PASS holes to ensure the flow of gas in the cabinet. Equipped with a fixed chain to prevent the cylinder from tipping. There is an adjustable pedal at the bottom to facilitate the loading and unloading of gas bottles.

Smoke detectors and alarm devices can be installed. The alarm device can identify combustible gases (such as methane, acetylene, coal gas, hydrogen, etc.). It uses a special combustible gas detector and air diffusion sampling. When the gas diffusion concentration in the cabinet reaches the set concentration, an alarm will automatically occur. At the same time the fan works. Discharge the gas outdoors through the exhaust duct to ensure personal safety in the work area.
