Clean Workbench SW-CJ-1FD - China Suppliers & Factory for Biopharmaceutical, Medical, and Electronic Applications
Structure & Specifications
Equipment Structure
The purification workbench is composed of several major components such as a box, a fan, a high-efficiency filter, and an operating switch. The box body is made of cold plate, etc., the surface is spray-painted, and the work surface is made of stainless steel. The purification unit adopts a fan system with adjustable air volume. By adjusting the working status of the fan, the average wind speed in the clean working area can be maintained within the rated range, and the service life of the high-efficiency filter is effectively extended.
Working Principle
The air passes through the primary filter, is pressed into the static pressure box by the centrifugal fan, and is filtered by the high-efficiency filter before being blown out from the air outlet surface to form a clean air flow. The clean air flow flows through the area that needs to be purified at a uniform cross-sectional wind speed, and the air in this area is The dust is taken away, thus forming a highly clean working environment.
Installation and Operation Guidelines
This workbench should be placed in a workroom with a relatively clean environment (preferably in a primary clean room with a level of 100,000 or 300,000). Plug in the power and turn it on according to the function shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and outer casing of the purification table should be carefully cleaned to remove dust on the surface. Normal operation can be carried out ten minutes after starting up.
Maintenance Procedures
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The purification workbench consists of a box body made of cold plate with a spray-painted finish, a stainless steel work surface, an adjustable-volume fan system, a high-efficiency filter, and an operating switch.
It should be placed in a relatively clean working room, preferably within a primary cleanroom of Class 100,000 or Class 300,000 cleanliness level.
After powering on and ensuring the working area and outer casing are cleaned of surface dust, normal operation can begin approximately 10 minutes after starting up.
The primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly every 3 to 6 months to prevent dust accumulation from restricting airflow and reducing cleaning efficiency.
The general lifespan is around 18 months. When the fan operating voltage is set to its highest level and the ideal wind speed still cannot be reached, the filter pores are blocked and the filter must be replaced.
Ensure the model and dimensions match original manufacturer specifications, install in accordance with the airflow direction arrow, and verify airtight perimeter sealing to prevent any air leakage.
