The fire safety cabinet is constructed of double-layer 1.2mm fire-proof steel plates. The distance between the two layers of steel plates is 40mm. It is filled with special fire-proof materials to achieve better fire-proof performance. The fully welded, non-riveted structure of the cabinet allows it to last longer as the reduced air gap provides better protection in the event of a fire.
The interior and exterior are pickled and phosphated before spraying, and then covered with a chemical-resistant, lead-free layer of epoxy and polyester mixture to maintain a high finish and minimize the effects of corrosion, moisture and ultraviolet rays. Red and blue cabinets are coated with fluorocarbon with imported powder.
