The main structure is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled galvanized steel plate sprayed with epoxy resin. The lining uses a 5mm anti-Bate board and other materials sprayed with epoxy resin on both sides, which are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. All internal connections are concealed and screwless to prevent corrosion.
The sliding door features 5mm tempered safety glass and operates via an elevator counterweight structure. It can stop at any position, requires no more than 2 Kg of force to move, and features a rubber buffer device to smooth opening and closing.
The fume hood includes two quick-start fluorescent tubes with a brightness of 80 candles. The ballast is mounted outside the hood, and the highly reflective white plastic cover is sealed to the cabinet with a safety glass panel.
The exhaust outlet is circular and connected with a sleeve. This design helps reduce gas turbulence during operation. The spoiler and lining are made of the same corrosion-resistant material, supported by non-metallic brackets.
