Safety Cabinet
features
1: The fire safety cabinet is constructed of double-layer 1.2mm fire-proof steel plates. The distance between the two layers of steel plates is 40mm. It is filled with special fire-proof materials to achieve better fire-proof performance. The fully welded, non-riveted structure of the cabinet allows it to last longer as the reduced air gap provides better protection in the event of a fire.
2: The interior and exterior are pickled and phosphated before spraying, and then covered with a chemical-resistant, lead-free layer of epoxy and polyester mixture to maintain a high finish and minimize the effects of corrosion, moisture and ultraviolet rays. Red and blue The cabinets are coated with fluorocarbon with imported powder.
3: Continuous piano hinge facilitates smooth closing.
4: Use high-quality cold-rolled steel plates to increase strength and have better fire resistance.
5: Eye-catching reflective labels for high visibility in fire situations.
6: Welded bulkhead hooks connect the bulkheads to provide maximum slip resistance. Not easily damaged.
7: This product has explosion-proof performance.
8: Unique galvanized laminate, anti-corrosion, anti-liquid leakage, the laminate has a load-bearing capacity of 150 kg. With a unique safety angle design, the shelf can safely guide accidentally splashed liquid to the bottom of the leak-proof reservoir. The height of the reservoir is 50mm, which complies with EPA requirements.
9: The 50mm high anti-leakage tank at the bottom of the cabinet can prevent the spillage of chemical liquids as much as possible.
10: In strict accordance with OSHA regulations, the cabinet is equipped with an electrostatic grounding conduction port to facilitate the connection of electrostatic grounding wires.
11: Marked with high-visibility labels in three languages, corrosion-resistant.
12: Built-in flame arrester vents are located on both sides of the cabinet to better maintain ventilation and exhaust.
13: Special size cabinets can be customized according to customer requirements to meet on-site requirements.
Remark
The product is available in three colors: yellow, red, and blue. The three colors have the same size and different types of chemicals stored.
The safety cabinet meets the OSHA 29 CFR1910.106 standard (U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and meets the requirements of Article 30 of NFPA CODE30 (National Fire Protection Association) for the standardized storage of flammable and explosive liquids and hazardous chemicals.
If flammable or combustible chemicals mentioned in OSHA1910.106 are stored, it is recommended that the storage equipment be designed based on the National Fire Protection Association Section 30 (NFPA 30) or the Uniform Fire Code Section 79 (UFC 79). fire safety cabinet.
Section 4.3 of the 2000 edition of NFPA describes the design, construction, and capacity requirements for fire safety cabinets. In addition to requiring fire protection testing, NFPA further stipulates construction requirements for special fire safety cabinets. Fire safety cabinets can be made of metal or wooden structures, but in the industrial field, fire safety cabinets with metal structures are mostly chosen.
